We are seeking an exceptional individual to own, drive and deliver all talent and resourcing plans and activity to the Nuffield Health sites across Midlands, North England and Scotland. This consists of 13 hospitals and 42 Consumer Gyms.
You'll be managing a team, leading the direct resourcing strategy to source and select and on-board the best people. We're looking for the right cultural fit for all our employees who will live our values in Nuffield's award winning, industry leading and ambitious organisation.
The Opportunity:
Managing a team of Talent Acquisition Managers and a People Services Team Leader, you will be accountable for the full regional vacancy picture as well as working in partnership with the Senior Leadership team to explore all resourcing options, using both internal and external pipelines.
Other key activities will include;

Shaping critical projects, plans, processes and practices.

Developing Strategic Talent and Resourcing solutions to senior stakeholders within the regions.

Implementing resourcing activity and plans, particularly for volume requirements both clinical and non-clinical.

Understanding the overall vacancy picture, and having a robust regional plan in order to fulfil all requirements across all job vacancy categories. This will cover the full lifecycle of resourcing including local / regional talent acquisition strategies as well as core traditional channels, social, events and digital.

Creating, analysing and presenting monthly recruitment MI.

Working in partnership with key senior stakeholders, hiring managers and candidates to proactively influence the vacancy, fully utilising the direct resourcing model / framework.

Reducing recruitment costs, improving the quality of hire aligned to our values and behaviours.

Manage key initiatives including International Recruitment.
The Person
We'll need you to hit the ground running, so it's essential you'll bring the following skills and experience with you:

Extensive in-house Resourcing Experience to a senior level, within a large complex/matrix organisation

Experience of working within a direct resourcing model with evidence of agency spend reduction

Has established self as an expert in recruitment process and practice especially within multi-site, volume recruitment.

Able to pull together robust talent acquisition plans, strategies and MI.

Confident working with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to influence and engage others.

Able to deliver upon challenging recruitment KPI's.

Experience of managing successful teams in a healthcare environment would be an advantage.
