Roles:-
- above 5 yrs accounting experience
-Handle full set of accounts
- Prepare AP, AR and Journals
-Check, verify and Process Invoices, Expense Claim and Reimbursements etc.
-Prepare GST Filings and CPF Submission
-Responsible for all aspects of Administration Functions
-Managing Payroll Administration
-Implementing and Executing HR policies and Procedures
-Responsible for all Aspect of Work Pass Matter which include Application, Renewal and Appeal
- Prepare paperwork, scheduling and facilitation of smooth on boarding and off boarding process
- Perform full payroll process and make necessary tax filings in a timely manner
- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and any other relevant policies, schemes etc.
- Assist in swift updates of personnel database, and any other related information within the internal HR system
- Greet office visitors, and oversee telephone services, email correspondence, mail distribution
- Maintain office supplies inventory and office efficiency by arranging repairs
- Ensure timely payment and manage budget for any office related expenses
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
- Provide professional level of guidance and HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and welfare benefit, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
- Assist in ensuring legal compliance of regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
Meticulous with good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good writing skills with the ability to prepare clear reports
Proficient in handling data and numbers
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access) - knowledge in advance Excel is a requirement
Knowledge of student information/database management systems would be advantageous
Strong stakeholder management, influencing and collaboration skills
People-oriented and a proactive team player
Ability to multi-task and deliver with quality and timeliness
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Additional Information:
Job Type: Full-Time
5 days’ work week
Salary range: S3,800 – S$4,800
Bonus: Based on company and individual performance
