Roles and Responsibilities
• Handle daily administrative HR duties
• Provide support in recruitment processes e.g. posting job ads on job boards, careers pages and social networks; screening resumes and application forms; as well as scheduling interviews with candidates
• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Organise and file documents
• Payroll computation and submission of CPF contribution
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Able to commit to full-time 6 months internship
• Pursuing a degree or equivalent
• Proven ability to appropriately handle sensitive information required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, collaborative and strong focus on service delivery, quality and efficiency
• Well-organized with good time management in completing given tasks
