10. Communicate regularly with all production and maintenance teams, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning production and maintenance issues.

11. Maintain and update operating manuals for all the manufacturing equipment and facilities.

12. Maintain and update operating training manuals for all manufacturing processes.

13. Perform any other ad-hoc projects or tasks to be assigned by the HOD / Management from time to time.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment.

2. Able to supervise and lead the subordinates.

3. Willing to work after working hour or during non-working days when needed.

4. Able to work under pressure.

5. Computer literate.

6. Knowledge in ISO is an advantage.

7. Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing / Electrical /Mechanical / Engineering discipline.
