Linc has an exciting opportunity for a talented Recruitment Lead to join our HR team. At Linc, we believe in creating the right environment for people to flourish; for both current employees and any potential employees. As the Recruitment Lead, you will establish this environment from the first point of contact a candidate has with Linc, right through their journey to joining us.
You will be ambitious, passionate and committed to providing exceptional service around the candidate experience/journey and ensuring you are a true brand ambassador attracting the best candidates to Linc.
Main Duties:
- Manage Linc's recruitment process, providing guidance and advice to recruiting Managers and Senior stakeholders
- Ensure our recruitment and careers events align with Linc's workforce planning strategy
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies as required in all areas of Linc's services
- Work with Linc's Recruitment and Development Manager in developing career progression pathways and supporting volunteering, secondments and graduate and apprenticeship opportunities
What we need from you:
- Experience of managing a recruitment process from creating a job description through to applicant onboarding
- Experience of managing an applicant tracking system(s)
- Commitment to promoting and improving Equality and Diversity in employment
- Ability to produce engaging adverts that align with our Linc brand
- Effectively utilise social media and various digital platforms to attract the best candidates
- An understanding of Care Inspectorate Wales Regulations is preferable but not essential
- Manage the DBS and pre-employment check process
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to professionally represent Linc at career and recruitment events
