Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive building surveys to assess repair and maintenance needs.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining the condition of buildings and recommending repairs.
• Develop and manage repair and maintenance schedules.
• Oversee and coordinate repair projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure all repair work complies with health and safety regulations and building codes.
• Provide technical advice and support to clients and team members.
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections, reports, and project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Educated to Level 4 (HNC in Surveying or Construction & Built Environment) or higher.
• Proven experience in building surveying, particularly in repair and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety standards, and construction methods.
