In the role of a 360 Recruitment Consultant focusing on the industrial sector, you will lead our recruitment initiatives, matching skilled candidates with rewarding roles in the industry. Your solid sales background and enthusiasm are key to propelling our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Achieving sales targets aligned with company expectations.
* Identifying top talent through diverse recruitment channels.
* Conducting in-depth candidate screenings and interviews.
* Generating sales leads from various sources.
* Developing effective recruitment strategies to surpass targets.
* Cross-selling other divisions/brands within Gi Group.
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
* Staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, ideally recruitment.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.
- Hold a valid UK driver's license.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
