You will have a full current driving licence. I must have a strong customer care focus, good communication skills and proactive skills.
You should be able to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair faults. You must be capable of completing essential paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.The ideal candidate would be qualified to City & Guilds Level II/III or equivalent in relevant disciplines. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will undergo industry-related and recruitment-specific training that is tailored to your level of entry. Your ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with both candidates and clients will be crucial in ensuring successful placements.
