About the Role:

As a Motor Vehicle Technician, you will be at the heart of the clients our service operations. You will work in a state-of-the-art workshop that caters to a range of vehicles, including Peugeot and Citroen models, as well as other major brands. You'll have the chance to tackle everything from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics, ensuring every vehicle leaves the client's workshop in prime condition.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Carrying out servicing, MOTs (if qualified), and repairs on a wide variety of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models.

- Diagnosing faults with precision and recommending effective solutions.

- Working closely with team members to achieve a seamless workflow and uphold our reputation for excellence.

About You:

If you are an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician, ideally with at least 2 years' experience although we would consider less experience for the right candidate with relevant qualifications. You should have at least a NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Mechanics or equivalent, and a valid driving licence. This is a Permanent Opportunity.

Salary:

£30,000 - £32,000

Hours:

5 days a week

0800 - 1700

To assist the Technical Manager in maintaining food safety, quality and hygiene practices.

Summary of the role:

• Completion of technical information for internal and external reports
• Collect and prepare samples to sent for testing
• Provide site technical team with information about adherence to compliance against required standards
• Complete Audits
• To Identify and communicate any deviations from the standards using audit and inspection of premises, practices, processes, raw materials and finished products against specified standard.
• Conduct daily taste panels, record results and publish the results to wider teams

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP Level 2 Training
• Minimum of 3 years experience within the Food Manufacturing Industry
• Ability to work on own initiative but also a team
• Flexible and Reliable

This is a contract role for approx. 6 months.

Hours:

Mon - Fri, 0800 - 1700

Salary:

£29,203.20 (pro rata for the 6 month contract duration)

Summary of the role:

• Managing key accounts of customers through the relevant sales contacts within the business, as well as with buyers for customers.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
• Ensuring customer Queries are responded to in a timely fashion
• Improving both sides of the customer service experience.

• Experience of order processing (via email and over the phone)
• Good level of PC literacy & Microsoft Packages
