Support the contributions towards supplier cost savings targets, and initiatives that increase efficiency whilst maintaining performance and risk management.
Supporting the development, review and execution of contracts including supporting negotiation where required.
Support stakeholder engagement surrounding more complex contract issues and procurement documents.
Play an active part in supporting Commercial Directorate values and culture.

Your new role

As a Logistics / Operations Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the logistics process. From a customer's initial request to the final delivery, you'll coordinate courier loads, manage key relationships with subcontractors and third-party providers, and ensure efficient, timely delivery of goods, all the while keeping your customers updated with delivery progress. You'll track shipments, solve any issues that arise, and make sure that each customer has a smooth, hassle-free experience. What you'll need to succeed
