Job DescriptionDeputy Hospital Director (Nurse Qualified) Salary: Up to £53,00037.5 hours per week We are currently looking for a passionate and highly skilled Deputy Hospital Director with a nursing qualification to play a pivotal role in the leadership and management of our client's Hospital, specialising in Learning Disability and Autism care. The ideal candidate will have a robust nursing background and a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional care while ensuring the seamless operations of the hospital. This role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly impact patient outcomes and oversee the professional development of their dedicated staff.
Qualifications - Nursing qualification (RGN,RMN,RNLD) and a valid UK NMC Pin
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management capacity within a mental health hospital setting or similar environment, showcasing exemplary skills in team management and performance optimization.
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and best practice guidelines in nursing, combined with a proven track record of their consistent implementation.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, essential for fostering a nurturing and efficient healthcare environment.
