Your new role
The organisation is looking for a PA to Directors on a temporary basis for 3-6 months. Pay for the role is £12.86 per hour + holiday. Hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. This role offers hybrid working either from their Kingswood or Clevedon office, whichever is more convenient. Main duties of the role include:

• Prioritise a variety of work for Directors including setting deadlines, drafting letters and collating information
• Communicate with colleagues on a daily basis face-to-face, via telephone and via email
• Exhibit a high level of confidentiality
• Proactively manage diaries as required
• Communicate, build and nurture relationships
• Attend meetings, taking accurate minutes
• Produce presentations when required
• Draft correspondence reports and other documents

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a personal assistant/ executive assistant/ secretarial role
• Accurate minute taking skills
• Advanced IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Knowledge working in a public sector organisation desirable
