·       Manage manpower resourcing, including recruitment, outreach, on-boarding, postings and secondment, internship management, re-employment, contract renewal and exit management.

·       Develop and implement strategies that facilitate staff movements to meet the PA’s current and long-term goals and strategies, in anticipation of future workforce trends and conditions.
 

·       Leverage on technology and digital tools to optimise and enhance HR functions. This includes fostering a tech-focused and pro-digitalisation culture in the HR team.
 

·       Use data and analytics across a range of HR functions to generate insights for business intelligence and foresights for planning purposes.
 

·       Promote teamwork and team learning of HR staff for greater effectiveness and productivity of HR work.

The Sr. Human Resource Manager is a strategic business partner assigned to support the Peripheral Intervention US Sales organization. The selected individual will be able to build internal business partnerships and drive projects that support the organizations strategic objectives. This position requires that the individual be able to build and maintain relationships with senior level executives as well as employees at all levels. Responsibilities

• Collaborate on and align to Ferguson HR strategy and operating model. Network with US-based HR to establish and implement consistent practices, processes, and metrics in support of the HR strategy and goals

• Effectively partner with site operations leadership to ensure implementation of HR initiatives, programs, systems, and other HR elements are well implemented and drive achievement of site operational goals and objectives.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR site goals/objectives, projects, and systems.

• Responsible for ensuring all aspects of associate performance management systems, processes and procedures are in place and equitably performed, through site leadership, in line with company policies and expectations.

• Work with shared services to use resources for execution. Develop partnerships for recruiting and hiring practices, inclusive of ensuring effective on-boarding, for all newly hired associates, as well as employee and leadership development. Supplement with local solutions to ensure that site needs are met as appropriate.

• Support HR annual process execution including performance management, compensation, workforce, and talent planning,

• Prior working experience in an industrial environment with a large hourly population.
