Summary:
Role:
- Understand about Business, translate their needs into HR plans and actions. A key aspect of the role requires the Business HR staff to act as a liaison between the business and corporate HR to consult and provide all HR services to Business.

- Depth of Impact: Depth of impact is focused on HR issues within the business.
- Reporting directly to: Head of HR, EPD Vietnam
- High frequency of interaction: Top management, Region, Cross Function, Team and external Partners
- Working location: Abbott Healthcare Vietnam (AHVN) plant, 35 Dai lo Tu Do, VSIP I, Thuan An, Binh Duong
Core job responsibilities:
- Have interest into business, understand its performance, source of growth, aspiration, needs about organization and culture to translate it into HR agenda and actions.
- Act as a HR focal point and coordinator between the needs of the business and different sub-functions in HR (e.g. TA, TOC, C&B) to provide holistic solutions that support the long-range objectives of both
- Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with Business stakeholders, consult and coach them on HR matters, policies, processes and systems.
- Build strong organizational talent pipeline through Talent Review discussions and developmental experiences for talents.
- Support business to identify and build healthy culture via employee engagement plan and activities.
- Handle IR/ER matters relating to in-charge functions when required.
- Join Corporate/Affiliate HR initiatives/ projects and drive the implementation for incharge division.
- Responsible for HR related reports
- Other projects/ tasks assigned by manager

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Work experience required:
- Experience working in a multinational company
- 5+ years of experience in HR
- Ability to handle complex IR/ER cases Experience recommended in detail: Experiences (70%)
- Consult through a major organizational (re)structure/change
- Participate in succession planning activities
- Form specific action plans based on analyzed data
- Have fundamental knowledge about Reward (e.g., Job evaluation, market benchmarking, etc.)
- Handle complex IR/ER cases.
2. Competencies required

Utilize analytical approaches to design HR processes, programs, and services that meet future business needs. Challenge and influence business leader’s thinking, providing alternative insights of business issues.

Coordinate and project manage delivery of focused, timely, and effective solutions to the business unit.
3. Core Skill Requirement:
- Language Skills: English proficient
- Computer Skills: Able to utilize computer programs such as notes, excel and PowerPoint to compile, build, analyses and consolidate data.
