This role is based at the UK branch inSnetterton, Norfolk where you will be in direct contact with the local team.

About the Role:
They are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Territory Manager to oversee and manage their Scandinavian markets (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland). Your mission will be to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within these territories. By building strong relationships and turning customers into brand promoters, you will enhance our client's reputation and drive growth.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, including size, customer needs, competitor activities, and our competitive position
- Create, document, and execute a Territory Plan
- Achieve and exceed assigned capital equipment budgets for the territories
- Handle market mapping, lead generation and qualification, solution proposals, and CRM maintenance
- Directly manage any applicable dealers, agents, and their staff within the territory
- Assist the greater sales team
- Work effectively within the sales POD structure to achieve all targets
About you:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in business development such as monitoring of market and extending business opportunities. Experience in technical product, aggrotech/ agriculture/food processing business would also be an advantage. You must be a team player able to work in a team and have a strong work ethic and be customer focused. Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing are essential. Your technical skills should allow you to understand customer requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions. You are adept at using sales tools and IT, with proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel, CRM, and ERP systems. CAD capability and multilingual abilities are significant advantages. Finally, you are willing to travel internationally frequently, with approximately 50% of your time office-based and 50% travelling.
