Your new role
This is a new Out Of Hours Team Leader role working as part of a busy and industrious team. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 8 and will be responsible for the successful running of the Out of Hours Team. You will be responsible for ensuring the team is trained, KPIs are achieved and performance managed. Duties include but not limited to:
- Manage the team's attendance
- Completing quality checks on the team's performance and team calls
- Ensure the team are receiving continual training and coaching
- Manage KPI performance
- Dealing with escalated complaints
- Attending client performance calls
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will require:
- A strong customer services background
- Previous management experience
- Being used to working with multiple client requests and actively multitasking
- The ability to deal with situations calmly and have high attention to detail
What you'll get in return
- Hours of work Monday - Friday EITHER 4pm - 10pm OR 3pm - 9pm AND every Saturday 8am-5pm.
- Salary £27,040 + monthly KPI Bonus
