You have to be able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders i.e. product team, management team, customer service team (they take providers’ complaints), financial team, and also work with our dear providers to deliver both the success of the providers and company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with mental health professionals on the ooca platform
• Recruit, onboard, and retain providers both locally and internationally
• Improve and streamline the provider recruitment process
• Oversee daily operations and performance management of ooca providers
• Develop and implement initiatives to support provider success
• Manage talent development for providers and delegate external tasks
• Plan and execute community-building activities among mental health providers

Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete a detailed job scope conversation with the hiring leader to determine position specifications.
