Duties include, but are not limited to:
Administrative

• Coordinating programming within both various mental health and primary care programs in coordination with managers of such programs as well as with discipline supervisors of affected staff assigned to these programs
• May serve as a clinical supervisor for employees in lower grades

Clinical

• Providing a full range of psycho-diagnostic services including the use of psychological testing for patients within VATVCBHCS in areas of
  specific interest and within scope of expertise, referring to the PCMHI psychologist for guidance and interpretation as appropriate
• Performing psychological evaluations for individual with mental health and medical disorders for purposes of diagnostic clarification and
  treatment planning recommendations within scope of expertise, referring to the PCMHI psychologist for guidance and interpretation
  as appropriate. These evaluations employ a comprehensive diagnostic interview, review of available records, collateral contract when available, as well as objective, and cognitive tests when indicated.
• Consulting with and serving as resource for other professional personnel concerning the needs for, evaluation of, and development of psychological services in VATVCBHCS, within scope of expertise, referring to the PCMHI psychologist for guidance and interpretation as appropriate.

Academic/Teaching/Research

• May be asked to prepare and teach seminars/workshops for VATVCBHCS trainees/staff on topics within interest/competency areas
• May choose to conduct approved psychological research that supports the mission of VATVCBHCS alone in collaboration with other professional in VATVCBHCS or affiliated academic institutions.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Disruptive Behavior Committee (DBC)

• Responsible for coordinating/managing a multidisciplinary committee DBC, which may include Police, Patient Advocates, Patient Safety Personnel, Physicians, Pharmacists, etc.
• Coordinating/operationalizing DBC and ensuring compliance/collaboration with local facility and VA Central Office WVPP initiatives
• Conducting risk assessments for violence risk using structured professional judgment as an evidence-based best practice
• Using findings in collaboration with DBC members to assess/manage risk for violence and other safety-compromising behaviors
• Engaging best practices in threat management to prevent violence in the workplace in accordance with applicable State, Federal, local and Tribal laws, directives and policies
• Responsible for management of computer-based flagging systems for identifying potentially violent or dangerous veteran patients
• Working closely with executive leadership and service line leadership to ensure DBC is adequately staffed/resourced and that information pertaining to organizational safety is communicated effectively/efficiently

Prevention and Management of Disruptive Behavior (PMDB) Program

• Collaborating with PMDB program. As such possess or acquire and maintain PMDB facility trainer status
• Providing consultation and guidance to colleagues, role model effective social work practice skills, teach or provide orientation to less experienced social workers and develop innovations in practice interventions

Employee Threat Assessment Team

• Administering information and analytical systems to evaluate and enhance the quality of service provided to Veterans, families, Caregivers and VA employees impacted by intimate partner violence
• Developing and implementing information systems to track service activities including visits, referrals, demographics, equipment utilization and Veteran satisfaction.
• Advising and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams throughout the medical center on workplace violence and risk management issues.
• Creating educational tools, developing programs and implementing training focused on specific workplace violence prevention needs/issues.

Talent Analytics Consultant, Senior

Key Role:

Support the firm’s listening strategy through development and analysis of annual surveys, including employee experience pulse surveys, 360 feedback, rolling life cycle surveys, ad hoc surveys, performance, retention, and attrition. Manage full-cycle survey requests across the firm. Support consultative survey design, programming the survey in the firm listening platform, distributing the survey, and automating reminder emails, assistance with the dashboard reporting of survey results, communicating insights to the client and post-survey analytical support. Examine trends and themes across the employee experience. Provide dedicated and ad hoc technical support to a range of different functions. Support firmwide talent analytics efforts across key areas to drive decision-making and mitigate attrition. Conduct statistical analysis to identify differences and trends, develop predictive models, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver solutions. Consult with People Services and business leaders on their team's analytics needs and propose solutions and develop people analytics strategies that align with firm and business objectives across functional areas. Communicate effectively across a highly matrixed organization and at different levels, think and act strategically, and influence key leaders. Integrate with other internal analytics teams to partner on data sets which integrate the talent story with other functional analytics, including our internal enterprise analytics office, as needed. Support ad-hoc analytical requests using quantitative and qualitative people data to provide insights across the employee life cycle to guide leader decision-making process aligned with their priorities. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with talent data analytics, data visualization, dashboards, and reporting

• Experience with developing key talent metrics to measure success

• Knowledge of data and how to translate insights into actionable recommendations for a senior audience

• Ability to create and present visually compelling interactive briefings, reports, and dashboards of meaningful data insights to staff and senior leaders

• Ability to grasp large complex talent datasets and translate data analytics into business insights

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with BI Tools, including Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Excel and, PowerPoint, and other visualization tools

• Experience with advanced analytics tools to build complex data models

• Knowledge of people data analytics, people processes, and people metrics, including employee experience survey design, and overall workforce life cycle listening strategies

• Knowledge of Perceptyx, employee listening, and platforms

• Ability to evangelize data-driven solutions with polished speaking expertise, learn and apply new advances in talent analytics to the organization, collaborate with others to obtain the data needed from a variety of sources, and implement workflow efficiencies regarding data

• Ability to demonstrate analytical strength, strict attention to detail, design bespoke visualization, and work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines

• Ability to support in functional projects as a people analytics subject matter expert

• Ability to maintain a high level of competency in analytical principles, tools, and techniques to discover new best-in-class talent data analytics capabilities

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
