Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Data Alchemy (Turning Numbers into Gold):
• Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data and metrics with the finesse of a tech wizard.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports that are not just insightful but a work of data art.
2. Strategic Workforce Wizardry:
• Collaborate with HR business partners to forecast talent needs and craft workforce plans that are as agile as the tech world.
• Conduct scenario analysis and make recommendations that feel like predicting the next tech unicorn.
3. Talent Management Mastermind:
• Assist in talent acquisition efforts by providing insights on recruitment metrics and trends with a tech-savvy twist.
• Support the design and implementation of talent development and retention strategies that rival the tech giants.

• Partner with HR business partners to align analytics efforts with the HR and organisational strategy while pioneering tech-driven HR innovations.

[What we are looking for]
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related roles, with a tech-driven passion.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and analytics software (SQL, Tableau, Python etc.) and the ability to make data dance like a tech prodigy.
• Experience working with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and proficiency in HR databases and software with a tech-savvy edge.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a way that resonates with tech enthusiasts.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect HR analytics to strategic tech-driven business objectives.
• Knowledge of HR best practices is a plus, but a tech-driven mindset is non-negotiable.
