A brand new role as Senior HR Advisor is now available within the People team. This is a permanent, full time opportunity, and offering a salary of £36,600 per annum. We're also open to discussion about working pattern and reduced hours. This position is open for Hafod colleagues to apply only.
What you'll do
In this role you’ll ensure a fair distribution of employee relations cases across the HR Advisor team and be the first point of contact for managers regarding their ER cases. You’ll provide specialist case management guidance for complex cases and ensure managers are trained appropriately on HR policies and procedures, specifically ER case related.
You’ll compile accurate ER data to analyse and identify trends and provide reports to the Head of People and the wider organisation. You’ll recognise ways for constant improvement of the management of ER cases and related procedures.

What you'll need
To thrive in this role you’ll be able to confidently lead the team to deliver an efficient and effective HR service, whilst successfully managing a high level of employee relations cases. You’ll need to possess excellent planning and organisational skills, to enable delivering results at pace. You’ll be people orientated with a keen eye for detail and you’ll have the ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
A full valid UK driving licence and use of a vehicle is required for this role.
