Job Profile Summary
The Senior Geophysicist is responsible for conducting seismic interpretation to contribute to reservoir modelling, assessing depth
velocity models for accurate reservoir characterization, and utilizing attributes to define reservoir properties effectively. Manages
geophysical studies, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to identify drilling opportunities, and supports the companys process
of change. Additionally, leads front-end activities for development projects, serves as a peer reviewer for technical assessments,
and participates in multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated reservoir management.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Conduct seismic interpretation (structural and stratigraphic) to contribute to reservoir models for assigned fields and
discoveries
• Assess depth velocity models and associated uncertainties to ensure accurate reservoir characterization
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative attributes to define reservoir properties effectively
• Manage geophysical studies conducted by both in-house teams and third-party contractors
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary sub-surface team members to identify new drilling and intervention opportunities
• Support the companys process of change and continuous improvement
• Lead and coordinate front-end activities for development projects as needed
• Serve as a peer reviewer when required for technical assessments
• Interpret and map 3D seismic datasets for producing fields and discoveries throughout development phases
• Generate drilling opportunities and evaluate well results to optimize production
• Participate in multidisciplinary project teams to ensure integrated reservoir management
• Provide input for enhanced processing of seismic datasets and quantitative interpretation projects
• Conduct data room evaluations for potential farm-in opportunities
• Perform other duties within the scope of expertise and status as needed to support business objectives
Professional Skills and Experiences
• Substantial oil industry experience, preferably with an operating company
• Strong technical background in seismic interpretation
• Up-to-date knowledge of interpretation in Petrel software packages preferred including seismic plugins in Petrel
• Solid understanding of Seismic Processing and Acquisition
• Good knowledge of other interpretation / seismic modelling tools like Hampson Russel and/or Geoteric
• Solid understanding of other subsurface disciplines.
Educational Qualification and Certifications
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Geology or Geophysics is required

Some key duties of this role will be to prepare, edit, and format technical documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence related to oil and gas projects, organise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for technical documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality. Compile technical reports, presentations, and documentation summarising project findings, results, and operational performance, including Board meeting presentations, Well Operatorship Appendix C documents, and FDP collation, coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project deadlines and assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards related to document control and data management.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must be a well experienced (5+ years) Document Controller/ Technical Assistant who can provide thorough administrative and document management support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Document Controller/ Technical Assistant and will possess strong technical knowledge relevant to the oil and gas sector, combined with exceptional administrative abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft packages and SharePoint is required for this role, as well as strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset and ability to work independently with little supervision.

Role Job Description:

The Senior Sous Chef supports the Executive Head Chef on the delivery of 5-star dining and food services at The Clubhouse and Hotel. This is a hands-on cooking and management role. This is a hands-on cooking and management role. High-quality informal brasserie-style dining at the clubhouse is central to the golf experience. Quality grab-and-go options before and during play, along with fast, hearty, quality breakfast menus form an important part of the clubhouse offering.

More refined dining at the Hotel including breakfasts, in-room services, hampers and special menus for exclusive use require the development, preparation and delivery of classic formal dining. This is a vital management role that requires a high level of culinary ability and creativity, as well as organisational and leadership skills on the planning and execution of 5-star guest experiences at the Clubhouse and Hotel for golfers, members, residents, visitors and guests. The role operates on a shift-based system including evening and weekend working in line with the seasonal needs of the business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Under the direction of the Head Chef, manage and deliver the day-to-day food services at the clubhouse

- Support the training and development of the culinary team

- Assist with rotas to ensure costs are controlled and in line with the needs of the business

- Work with Executive Head Chef on the design and development of menus and dining experiences in agreement with senior management

- Assist with food ordering, supplier agreements and cost controls in line with budget and business demand

- Ensure SOPs, portion control, plating and waste management records are accurate and maintained

- Ensure correct stock control procedures are adhered to, including appropriate storage and labelling

- Work with Executive Head Chef and the wider management team to develop the culinary opportunities and services on property

- Maintain a high level of communication within the kitchen and other departments

- Ensure cleaning and hygiene standards are maintained to the highest level and detailed records are continually updated in compliance with the relevant licenses and authorities

- Ensure safe use of all equipment and machinery in the kitchen and staff training is conducted regularly in line with the needs of the team

- Deputise for Executive Head Chef as required
