Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience plus commission
Location: Tewkesbury

The Company
They are a technical value-added trade-only distributor of AV products and services. They partner with resellers and AV integrators to provide top-quality products and solutions that meet their needs. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internal Sales individual to join their team and drive sales growth within a set of named reseller accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
• Generate Sales and Profit: Drive revenue growth and profitability from a set of named reseller accounts, consistently hitting sales and profit targets.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key reseller accounts.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new reseller customers to expand the customer base.
• Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and sales management to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on account performance, progress, and KPI achievements to senior management.
• Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts with accounts in a timely and effective manner.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all activities and engagements.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Internal Sales Individual/National Account Manager or in a similar role in the AV industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and meeting KPIs.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic plans.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
