Purpose of the RoleThe Mechanical Project Supervisor will manage building and maintenance projects, providing technical specialist advice in Mechanical Building Services Engineering. • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Additional SEND-specific qualifications or training (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools).

• Experience:
  • Proven experience working with children with SEND in an educational setting.

• Skills:
• Strong understanding of SEND practices and legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEND.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include:

• Identifying client leads and making business to business outbound sales calls
• Developing new and lapsed business and client relationships
• Sales activities and working to targets
• Travelling to visit clients for meetings so you will ideally be a driver and have access to your own car
• Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings
• Negotiating, offering solutions and overcoming objections
• Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
