Our client is a leading energy company committed to delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions is seeking a HR Transformation Programme Manager to join their dynamic team. The HR Transformation Programme Manager will lead the HR Transformation Programme up to and including the implementation of Transition State 1. This involves the first migration of colleagues onto a current modern platform. The role requires designing the overall programme, producing a Blueprint for all required Transition States, which includes the People & Business journey and Tech delivery.
The role is initially a six-month contract with potential to be extended. The role is a full time, 37 hours per week and a hybrid opportunity. You will be expected to be onsite one day a week for in person collaboration.
Accountabilities:
- Create and communicate the Programme vision, objectives, and success criteria.
- Identify and manage Technology decisions on the end-state architecture and any transition architecture.
- Coordinate delivery across HR and other initiatives to manage impacts and dependencies.
- Responsible for governance, including decision-making, progress tracking forums, and financial governance.
- Ensures projects are managed within an agreed framework, undertaking health checks and stage gate checks against Critical Success Factors where appropriate.
- Be accountable for planning and delivery to milestones.
- Facilitate delivery meetings
- Actively manage Programme risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure the outcomes and benefits align with the overall Transformation objectives.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Possesses excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills to ensure support from all levels in the organisation.
- Demonstrates strong programme/large project management skills to manage large teams (30+ members) and £1m+ budgets, including delivery governance.
- Experience of running large programmes and projects, particularly in producing blueprints.
- Previous experience of overseeing complex transformations and ensuring cohesive delivery across various HR initiatives.
- Extensive experience of Programme Management, with completion of successful programmes.
- Experience of identifying problem areas and reaching resolutions.
- Must have experience of HR Migration journeys
- Experience of running projects and programmes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as will be liaising with senior stakeholders.
