About being an Executive Recruitment Consultant
Join our #OneBlueFamily at our well-established Livingston Blue Arrow branch to grow a warm Industrial desk supplying temporary staff to clients.
As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work from home for a proportion of their week after completion of training. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as an Executive Recruitment Consultant will include:
- Proactively developing new and existing Industrial business by identifying and establishing client relationships
- Business to business outbound sales calls and marketing activities
- Travelling to visit clients for meetings so you will need to drive and have access to a car
- Working to sales targets and increasing the revenue on your desk
- Sourcing and recruiting temporary Industrial staff
- Building relationships with your clients and candidates
- Service management - compliance and payroll administration, updating systems
About You:
An experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant who has grown and managed a successful desk and as strong relationship building and sales skills with the ability and drive to increase the revenue on an Industrial desk.
