About the opportunity
The Senior Manager, HR Assurance is the operation lead responsible for the development of HR compliance, risk and assurance frameworks and processes necessary to enable HR units to deliver on their operational needs to university and legislative requirements while driving a risk savvy, compliance and assurance minded culture in collaboration with HR senior leaders.
As an advocate for risk, compliance and assurance, the role will promote, foster and cultivate a culture within HR that enables the function to effectively manage these requirements, using analytics as a basis for decision making, and always seeking to improve our risk, compliance and assurance processes, and service efficiency and effectiveness.
