• Collects, consolidates and prepares HR reports and other reports for HR planning.

Requirements

• Working and practical knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including talent acquisition, compensation practices, organizational design, performance management, employment laws, employee relations and diversity etc.
• Being highly familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process and have a good understanding of market insights and recruitment trends.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

· Workforce Solution Developer: Builds and delivers a strategic workforce plan that directly and clearly links innovative and effective talent strategies with strategic business objectives. Identifies and assesses strategic talent concerns, risks and opportunities and designs a plan that drives solutions that meet the strategic complex needs of the business.

The Group HR & Admin Director is a pivotal role, working across the parent company as well as the subsidiaries. We have over the last 1-2 years been building our HR capabilities, through various initiatives. These include how we recruit both junior and more senior, revenue-generating roles.
