Job Requirement

• Working Location : Bukit Merah
• Working Hours : 5 days work week
• Diploma in related field with min. 2 years of working experience
• Knowledgeable in payroll and labour regulation such as Employment Act
• Proficient in AMS and Excel will be an added advantage
• Conscientious with a strong emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness in every detail
• Capable of managing sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

• Liaise and work closely with MOM and other government agencies for the issuance and renewal of work and employment passes for foreign employees in a timely manner.
• Ensures accurate and timely tracking of all work pass requirements and employment contracts.
• Assist to coordinate and manage all internal and external training activities with the respective parties involved.
• Assist to conduct exit interviews, collate, generate reports for trend analysis.
• Assist with the handling of employee grievances, counsel and resolve disputes encouraging restoration where possible.
• Assist in planning and organizing recreational, motivational and team-building activities.
• Ensure all employee master records, both soft and hard copies, are updated, maintained, and filed accurately.
• Adopt an “open-door” policy to encourage employees to provide feedback in an appropriate and professional manner.
• Provide assistance and administrative support to any other projects and duties as assigned.

What does it take to be a Human Resource Officer

• Diploma in related discipline preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local Employment Act and a good understanding of HR policies and practices.
• Knowledge of Times Software will be an advantage.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
• At least 2 years' experience in HR, preferably in the construction industry

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other HR team members, Recruitment, Finance/CAG and greater Infosys HR Shared Services to improve processes, meet organizational needs and enhance employee experience with various employee support and services.
• Manage the HR life cycle of Secondees and Contractors of iCompaz
• Ensure employee adoption of various HR Applications and platform to build a culture of self -service.
• Explore, evaluate and propose new ways to improve the overall effectiveness of HR operations.
• Records management and adherence to compliance in the organization and maintenance of employee personnel records, electronic pfile etc
• Ensure HRMS Integrity by undertaking regular update of internal databases
• Prepare HR documents and handy brochures to facilitate better understanding of various HR processes
• Act as verifier of various invoices related such as premium for background verification and other empaneled vendors
• Responsible for creation of employee processes and policies related to HR Ops
• Fulfilment of audit review and submission of requirements to auditors on time.
• Manage Background Verification on weekly basis
• Collate and Consolidate monthly reporting for Training, Insurance, etc
• Liase with government on Surveys and audit
• GLS and all Leave validation
• International mobility for secondees and their contract management

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource and business discipline.
• Minimum 4 to 6 years experience.
• Knowledge and skills attention to details, Strong Follow up.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
