Job Description
Define and integrate functional area strategy into the overall HR Strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall El Camino Health goals and Vision 2025.
Drive a high performance team through building team capability and confidence
Continually monitor and stay up to date on HR, business, and societal trends
Use a comprehensive approach to making HR recommendations and decisions, including workforce and market data insights; financial implications to ECH; and HR functional expertise
Continually monitor the impact of HR decisions and weighs the impact on the employee- and manager-experience
Manage the day-to-day HR operations for HR functions / service centers, ensuring timely, consistent, and efficient service delivery.
Develops and implements HR tiered service delivery in alignment with HR transformation initiatives; builds service level agreements / expectations; drives use of chatbot and self-service functionality.
Lead the HR process improvement / process mapping activities
Establishes and maintains HR service delivery agreements
Leads, manages, and develops service delivery team
Develop continual process improvements within shared services structure
Develop and manage to shared services reporting metrics and tracking data to fulfill SLA’s
Qualifications
BS/BA degree in human resources, business, social science, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum 15 years of HR management, business, finance, and/or organizational development with 8 years or more working in a managerial, program management, and/or director level
Thorough understanding of ECH financial structure, budget process, and growth strategy
Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic plans using analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and innovation skills
Embraces challenges and collaborates with peers, colleagues, team members across El Camino Health
Engages and supports ongoing engagement and development of team
Experience in developing and leading HR operations and service
Able to see the big picture while also ready to get into the details
Highly proficient in utilizing and leveraging data and analytics to track success, make decisions, understand program effectiveness and drive action
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
High degree of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, competing projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong project management and organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail

Salary Range:
$83.66 - $125.49 USD Hourly
