Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a human resources role, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Experience in an international or exchange company is a plus.
Daily tasks include:
• Identifying, executing, tracking, assessing, and analysing human resource management strategies, policies, and plans to fulfil business requirements
• Providing guidance and support to other managers in employing effective recruitment and selection methods, as well as suitable , training, and development initiatives
• Creating and implementing performance management systems to strategize, evaluate, and enhance individual and team effectiveness
• Representing the organization in discussions with unions and employees regarding compensation and other employment conditions
• Designing and enforcing workplace health and safety initiatives and equal employment opportunity programs, ensuring compliance with relevant legal standards
• Supervising the implementation of redundancy and other employee layoff procedures
• Tracking labour costs and productivity metrics
• Potentially training and advising other managers on personnel and workplace relations issues
Annual salary: $73,850 + Super (38 hours/week)
