Ladcom Design is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience with Knowledge of HR systems and databases. The role offers a good opportunity for suitable applicants to grow in their career with ongoing projects.
About the Role
? Recruiting and Onboarding: Create and put into action efficient recruiting tactics to draw in and bring on top talent. Oversee the orientation, training, and benefits enrolment phases of the onboarding process.
? Employee Relations: Promote a favorable work atmosphere, handle employee problems, and settle disputes to foster good employee relations.
? Performance Management: Create and put into place procedures for managing employee performance in order to assess work output, give constructive criticism, and pinpoint areas in need of training.
? Pay and Benefits: Oversee the company's pay and benefit plans, making sure they abide by all applicable rules and laws.
? Training and Development: Determine the needs for training, then create and implement programs to improve the skills and knowledge of your staff.
? Compliance: Make sure that all relevant labor laws and rules—such as those pertaining to equal opportunity, worker safety, and anti-discrimination—are followed.
? HR Procedures and Policies: Create and uphold HR
Essential Key Experience and Skills
? An HR manager needs to be proficient in a wide range of areas, including budgeting, employee engagement, talent acquisition, proactive behavior, culture sensitivity, and technology. It's also critical to comprehend decision-making, empathy, staff well-being, and market trends.
? The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience as a HR manager
? Solid knowledge of labor laws and rules, such as those pertaining to equal opportunity, workplace safety, and anti-discrimination.
? Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss with technical and non-technical stakeholders via phone and email
? Problem solving skills/Thinking outside the square to aid the designers and construction teams.
? Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and plan multiple deadlines.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
