Job Description
• Provide both HR-specific and General administrative to HR Department and Senior Manager
• Handle the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
• Maintain and manage proper document filing (eg. photocopying, scanning, filing and printing)
• Maintain proper documentation of employee records.
• Application, renewal and cancellation of permit.
• Payroll Calculation & Process of Employees’ Medical Claim
• Maintain and Update Company Insurance Record
• Maintain and Ensure work place safety protocols are adhered to
• Manage daily General Administration works including maintain office facilities, in-house dormitory matters, supplies and equipment
• Handle work injury claims.
• Organize and coordinate company cultural activities and meetings.
• Any other ad-hoc admin duties which may be assigned.
