Job Description:
- Handle application, submission and processing of work passes.
- Work closely with site administrative staff on human resources & Administrative matters.
- Manage timesheets and e-leave portal.
- Point of contact to the administrative staff from site office.
- Liaise with training section on the registration.
- Liaise with procurement section on safety shoe, uniform etc.
- Keep proper records of employees’ personal file.
- Handle the errand movement for migrant workers at dormitory.
- Perform regular updating of migrant records on WPOL/EPOL.
- Levy computation and updating.
- Manage company vehicles.
- Update HR Invoices to the system.
- Other ad-Hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years or more years of working experience in similar capacity.
- Nitec/Diploma in business admin, social science, human resource or equivalent qualification in admin/hr environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Pleasant personality.
- Adaptable and diligence.
- Meticulous and pro-active.
- Knowledge of the local employment act, EFMA, WIC, etc.
- Able to handle difficult situation.
- Able to join with short notice
