Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and drive HR Projects with HQ or countries who are running in parallel and set up a system to monitor, track progress, identify roadblocks and monitor the delivery
· Conduct HR compliance related activities with internal or external parties
· Support on management committee operations to support the day-to-day operations of the Management Committee and ensure the achievement of the company's strategy and the Committee's key projects
· HR Data analysis for supporting key HR decision or business success
Work with country HR on some national key projects and provide compliance or professional opinions. Or be responsible for HR work in some small scale countries
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree with 8 years of HR experiences
· Ideally worked in highly matrixed and complex work environments (Large MNCs, start-ups, internet companies)
· Proven communication capabilities and stakeholder management ability with not just in-country employees but HQ colleagues as well;
· Possesses strong experience in project management: Project Chartering, Resource reallocation;
· Self-driven, conscientious, strong adaptability and fast learner; able to work in a fast-paced environment, deadline driven, and extremely well organized;
· Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams and operating in ambiguous environments.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin to deal with international stakeholders and stakeholders who are based in HQ
