Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN) role: - You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN)

- Clear DBS
About the Nursing Home: This beautiful Nursing Home can accommodate 43 residents, providing an excellent interior and atmosphere for a comfortable retirement, with skilled and friendly carers on hand throughout the day and night. With comfortable dining and living areas, the home supports active daily living, also with good wheelchair access and an enclosed garden. Carers are experienced in a depth of care issues, including in the provision of services for individuals diagnosed with dementia.
The role of a Staff Nurse (RGN) within the Nursing Home involves: - Ensuring that the care, welfare and safety of all residents is of the highest possible standard
- Carrying out assessments and evaluations
- Create person-centred care plans and update accordingly
- Liaising with external governing bodies and agencies
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements in record keeping, documentation and health and safety
- Mentoring junior member of staff
- Undertaking specific duties as delegated by the Home Manager
