Salary - Up to £27,500 (dependent on experience) + Veolia Benefits (Generous Bonus and Pension Scheme)
Location - Hybrid working offered, with expectations to attend our Cannock office 2-3 times per week.
Hours - Full time - 40 hours per week

What you'll be doing:
Customer service excellence is extremely important to us - working in an innovative and fast-paced environment, the HR Services Specialist will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, involving supporting employee and manager queries, providing legislative and general HR advice as well as technical system support.
You will support our colleagues via our case management system, as well as via live chat and video meetings. As well as providing our colleagues with the support they need, you'll also process employee lifecycle changes and you'll be responsible for providing a high quality onboarding experience to new starters.
This role will also provide an opportunity to become a subject matter expert in specific fields throughout the employee lifecycle and to get involved in innovatively reviewing and enhancing processes - including designing, testing and training the wider team and will involve providing a proactive approach to enhancing and automating current work practices.
What we are looking for:
- CIPD qualified, or interested in working towards a CIPD qualification
- Experience and passion in delivering excellent customer service
- Strong technical or system support experience
- Experience of working to tight and varied deadlines in a pressured environment requiring real time customer support
- Strong time management and efficient working practices with the ability to work off own initiative with minimal support with the ability to self motivate
