About the roleWe are seeking a Recruitment and Data Support Officer to work in our dedicated and enthusiastic Admissions and Information Team. The team handles student applications and enrolments to study at the College and the post holder will have the chance to deal with all aspects of admissions, from enquiries, funding assessments and through to enrolment. You will also be expected to play a key role in all recruitment activities and events including interview evenings, enrolment and open events. The post is varied and interesting with great opportunity for professional development.
This role is ideal for those with a retail or office background who are committed to excellent customer service. You should be a team worker who can manage your own deadlines and workload and have a proactive attitude to helping others.
Many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways, including working from home. We are open to discussing other possibilities for flexible working and encourage you to talk to us at interview about the flexibility you need. We can’t promise to give you exactly what you want, but we will explore what’s possible for the role.
About the PersonThe successful candidate will be personable, have a passion for wanting to work to the best of their ability with speed and accuracy and a flare for customer service.
You will need experience of working with customers and processes to tight deadlines, with varying and challenging workloads. Ideally the postholder should hold a Level 2 in English and Maths. Experience of working with Microsoft packages (Outlook and Excel) would be advantageous however full training will be given.
