We are looking for a Workforce and Resource Planner to join our team!
As a Workforce and Resource Planner you will be responsible for all current and future forecasting of the connections team.
How fast we respond, support, and communicate with a customer during the early stages of an application will determine how quickly and efficiently we are able to progress their new adventure. Our customers could be applying for a new connection due to a new home, a business venture or critical requirements for a large new hospital infrastructure.
We want customers to think highly of us, we want to know we have met all their expectations and that they rate our service as exceptional.
This is a role focused on delivering just that, exceptional service. We are looking for someone who is passionate about operational planning and driving efficiencies. We are a fast-paced business and change & innovation is key to our success!
Roles & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Implement and embed operational planning solutions across our service centre of 150 FTE, to ensure customer demand is managed and SLAs are achieved.
- Full evaluations and recommendations of future working patterns aligned to customer demand and working with the Customer Experience Team to use customer insights to inform and influence future ways of working.
- Creation and on-going ownership of Employee Rotas and holidays.
- Embed solutions to optimise maximum productivity of resource and identify digitalisation opportunities.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports, and prepare and analyse data, translating this into meaningful presentation packs for Senior Management visibility.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Experience in workface planning of a fast-paced business area with continuing change and growth.
- Strong analytical and data science skills and the ability to present your findings.
- Great organisation, planning, forecasting, demand, and resource management skills.
- An exceptional track record of KPI Management, SLA report creation and delivery.
- The ability to provide trend analysis and spot early warning signs.
