About us
Sault Restaurant is located in Sailors Falls, Daylesford. One of the spa country's best restaurants. Our menus are designed with a focus on seasonal high-quality produce, directly from the farm source itself. We have our own extensive kitchen gardens providing seasonal produce and enhancing the dining experience of paddock to plate. Quality not quantity is very important to us and a supportive work environment for all. We have a team of 5 chef's working closely together to help create an exceptional dining experience.

About the role
You will be assisting in delivering high quality food within a small team of 5 and you will be working directly with the head chef and senior kitchen team on all matters of the kitchen operations.

Sault operates from Wednesday to Sunday and this position is full time.
Salary $70,000 - $75,000 plus superannuation

About you
We are seeking a qualified COOK or CHEF ready to take the next step in their career. It is not essential that you have previous experience within a fine dining environment or you must display excellent skills and be ready for such a position in your career. You will be working closely with our head chef and senior chefs, creating wonderful menus using the freshest, highest quality produce. We are willing to consider sponsorship for the right candidate.
