Our client with offices based in Huntingdon is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join them on a full time permanent basis working 7.30am - 4.30pm and 8.00am - 5.00pm on a rotating shift basis.
As Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls from customers, providing prices & quotes for products & services, sending quote information, following quotes up with customers by outbound calls, processing orders, dealing with order / delivery queries, customer retention, managing diaries & email inboxes for sales team, raising purchase orders, setting up credit accounts, identify upselling / cross selling opportunities, refunds, supporting administration and much more.
To be considered for the role of Sales Support Coordinator, you will have experience of working previously in a similar role, will have excellent communication skills, strong pc literacy in MS Office, a positive attitude to work, team player with great attention to detail.
In return our client is offering a salary up to £24,500 with excellent benefits.
