We are seeking an experienced Export Administrator & Marketing Communications Lead to join our clients well- established manufacturing company based in Sandwich, Kent.

As Export Administrator you will be responsible for all export licence related work, relating to bids, proposals, projects and tenders. You will be assisting with quotations, processing purchase orders, handling customer queries, issuing order acknowledgements & delivery schedules.

As the Marketing Communication lead you will manage the daily marketing and communications activities, ensuring marketing material, including marketing website and social media. You will be responsible for managing the demo equipment, ready for any demonstrations, exhibitions, test and evaluations. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the company website ensuring it is kept up to date with the latest information

Manage social media sites.

Keeping the company presentation slides up to date with the latest information.

Responsible for maintaining company's brochures and data sheets, keeping the information updated and ensuring the latest versions are available on the website.

Keeping all marketing material and demo equipment serviceable and ready to support the team.

Managing all aspects of export control and licensing requirements, ensuring all orders are addressed in accordance with the company's export control policy.

Person Specification: -

Previous experience in MARCOM & export control essential.

Excellent communicator with good written and spoken English skills.

Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools, Outlook, Word, Excel and Access databases.
