FM Lead shall report directly to the Specialist FM Design during the design reviews of all design packages and stages related to The Line, specifically public realm, community assets and selective civic assets.
Minimum of 10 years of total experience. Extensive experience managing FM Operations in a diverse portfolio of assets, including high rise buildings, residential, commercial, industrial, sports, marine etc.), at least 3 years of which participating in design reviews and management roles.
Familiar with international design and maintenance regulations, codes, and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, CIBCE, SFG20etc.) for large scale regional and urban developments. Preferably with knowledge of local KSA codes. Proven track record in FM design reviews, implemented through execution and operation phases.
Proven record of Facility management and managing O&M activities. In-depth understanding of FM requirements as they relate to design, with proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, design related tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communicator, capable of communicating both verbally and written in English, with the ability to present confidently to small audiences. Proven ability to build professional relationships with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders alike, with interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
Fully computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office applications with good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Primavera P6; familiarity with CAFM, AutoCAD & BIM is desirable. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels across the business. Influencing material specifications to increase durability, operational efficiency, reduction of downtime.
Ensuring that any value engineering during the design stage does not adversely affect FM operational efficiency.
FM Operations expert with the appropriate experience in FM service delivery for large, mixed used developments. Engineering degree in relevant discipline is preferred.
