Serves as the Agency’s Employee and Labor Relations Officer,.....
- Serves as the Agency’s Employee and Labor Relations Officer, plans and directs the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Agency's labor relations program.
- Develops program policies and procedures to ensure a viable labor-management relationship both in the Headquarters and at field sites.
- Reviews DISA policies and guidance materials and provides expert advisory services to implement agency wide.
- Develops a program of positive action to maintain the labor-relations component of inter-service agreements.
- Consults and provides advice to the agency on complex, sensitive, and difficult employee relations cases/issues. Provides advice on processing and adjudicating grievance and arbitration cases, adverse action appeals, and on disciplinary actions.
- Develop, directs, and performs, regular, comprehensive evaluations of the Agency-wide employee and labor relations program to ensure compliance with Agency policy and procedures.
