About the role:
We are searching for a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the entire recruitment process, from start to finish. You will be a crucial support to our vibrant and busy People and Culture team, providing excellent business partnering across the organization. We trust you to take full ownership and responsibility for all aspects of recruitment, ensuring that we attract the best talent to meet our business objectives. Your active involvement in planning, developing, and executing effective Talent Acquisition strategies will play a vital role in driving our overall success.
Responsibilities include:
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Effectively communicate with potential hires in the market.
- Design and implement interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Stay updated on industry trends and translate them into innovative recruitment practices.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to gather information and strategically build a talent profile for candidate sourcing.
- Utilize strong technical knowledge and data-driven insights to drive recruitment strategy formulation and decision-making.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, understanding their skill sets and career goals.
- Create compelling job postings and promote them on career pages, job boards, and social networks.
- Source potential candidates through various online social channels and professional networks.
- Assist interviewers in developing job-related interview questions.
- Evaluate candidates based on their interviews and skills.
- Establish qualification criteria and assess the required skills for each position.
- Provide timely interview feedback and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Train interviewers on CDC's recruitment processes and interview techniques.
- Collaborate closely with the professional CDC team to foster a positive culture and enhance capabilities.
- Embody and promote CDC's DNA and Leadership Fundamentals.

Skills and Experience
- Proven Success in Full Cycle Recruiting: Demonstrate your expertise in Talent Acquisition or similar roles by showcasing your ability to utilize various sourcing techniques.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You'll need to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and team members, so strong communication skills are a must.
- Relationship Building Expertise: Forge and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders to attract and retain top talent.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: With a keen eye for reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process, you'll leave no stone unturned.
