Our client, a leading technology manufacturer, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their fast-paced team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will navigate the complexities of customer inquiries with expertise and precision.
Hours of work are shifted across Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm, and once every four weeks working a Saturday 9am – 5.30pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be:
·Communicating with and responding to customers about incidents, events, and requests, demonstrating excellent levels of customer service
·Taking action to provide solutions which solve complex problems permanently
·Analysing, diagnosing, and resolving all errors, faults, and incidents
·Consistently recording accurate information to support improvements and decision making
·Prioritising and managing several open issues and incoming calls
·Providing excellent customer service, building a good rapport through open and interactive communication

WHAT YOU NEED

·Previous experience in a customer facing role – ideally phone-based customer service experience

Your usual hours will be from 9am to 5:30pm however there will be a requirement to support global teams out of hours as well as some travel.

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to work as a Customer Service Administrator on a full-time basis. Our client is a worldwide distributor of products, services, and supplies for the healthcare sector.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for full administration duties in the Service Department ensuring customer requirements are met. The team operates Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm and you will need to be flexible to work shifts between these hours.

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be:
• Dealing with customers and suppliers
• Processing planned and unplanned service and repair requirements
• Closing out engineer worksheets and creating invoices
• Closing outstanding calls and booking follow-up calls as appropriate
• Booking Contract Servicing
• Processing orders for spare parts
• Liaising with internal departments
• Participating in special projects and performing other duties as required

Requirements:
