Responsibilities
Coordinate project planning and implementation activities in alignment with the Accelerating Reform Fund’s objectives.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including government officials, partners, and community organizations.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
Conduct research and analysis to inform project strategies and improve implementation processes.
Support the development of training materials and facilitate capacity-building workshops for stakeholders.
Assist in budget management and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as public administration, international relations, or project management.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a development or reform context.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in data analysis and project management software tools.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
A strong commitment to promoting equitable and effective public service reforms.

End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £20.85
Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire
