Excellent opportunity to join our client based in Pershore, Worcestershire that supply an exciting product to businesses including high level customers. Our client is currently recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Administrator to join the team.
If you are looking for career development, then this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to further their administrative and customer service skills! We are looking for someone who likes to take ownership, as this role will be evolve into a senior team member, over peak times you will actively help with training and inductions and will also assist the Customer Service Manager with key customers.
Duties and Tasks
Customer service -
- Handling Customer service queries via phone, email, and live chat functions.
- Placing corporate orders and liaising with corporate clients.
- Producing quotations and advising customers on products that suit.
- Taking on the role of supervisor when the customer service manager is away.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
- Investigating and resolving delivery queries.
- Support with induction and training of temporary staff members.
Administrative and marketing tasks –
- Supporting with workload across platforms to include Amazon, eBay and Not on The Highstreet– Data entry, amending listings and creating specifications.
- Supporting Customer service manager across other brands.
- Collating data from our sales channels and support analysing results.
Candidate Attributes:
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic. Someone who is ready to make a real difference.
- Customer Service experience, whether that's face to face (retail/hospitality) or in a call centre environment.
- Fantastic with people as this client put their customers at the heart of everything they do.
- Enjoy making decisions and connecting with people from all walks of life.
- Can easily navigate your way through multiple systems and tasks at any one time.
- Have good IT and numeracy skills.
Salary – £24k + Bonus
Hours – Monday – Friday – 9am – 5.30pm with flexibility during busy periods.
