Our Client is a Practitioner owned and managed business that offers Allied Health and NDIS Support Services for all age groups (children 3+, adolescents and adults) in Western Sydney and other regions. You will be working very closely with our Multidisciplinary Team.
Our client is really looking for the right candidates for this role and will pay a minimum of $90k base plus super plus bonuses for 18 months experience as a qualified OT. The more experience you have the more they can pay.

Responsibilities
Assess, implement, and manage client supports in accordance with best practices.
Assessment of clients with barriers to independence and participation. This may include observations, functional capacity assessments, standardised assessments, questions to the client/nominee/carer
Provide evidence based approaches to develop intervention plans, including short and long term goals, in line with the client’s NDIS goals.
Develop personalised rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation
Present case information to various stakeholders and providing credible recommendations/solutions to drive the desired goal
Work cooperatively and effectively within the trans-disciplinary team to provide families with a high quality, coordinated service.

Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
AHPRA Registration - full and valid
All levels of experience welcome to apply
About You

The role will require you to be working mostly from home so you would generally need to be appreciative of working in your own space
Experience working with a neurodiverse caseload
Comfortable delivering counselling and psychotherapy services via online video counselling and/or telephone
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills (including NDIS report writing, client-centered planning)
You have a passion for collaboration with people from a variety of backgrounds.
Customer focused with exceptional listening skills, influencing and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Able to work to with guidelines and deadlines in a timely manner and can prioritise accordingly.
You understand trust and rapport are the cornerstone of building lasting relationship.
We also have a referral bonus on offer. If you refer someone and they get the job you will get a $500 cash payment.
