Beauty Merchandiser – Flexible

Updating and re-sequencing make up stands in major high street retailers, working with leading brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Nyx Professional Make Up, Max Factor, Rimmel and Maybelline.

Momentum Instore have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Beauty Merchandiser on a flexible basis, working 8-hour days Monday to Friday as and when we have projects (2025).

We have a busy 6 weeks from the start of January 2025 (schedules of work to be given in December) and are looking for key people in your location. Paid training days will take place in December and paid before Christmas.

Work throughout 2025 on a project-by-project basis.

Role and Responsibilities


Visiting retailers and updating the stand
Moving parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
Changing over the visuals
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.


What will I get in return?


Training: Provided in full and you are paid – This will be in December and paid before Christmas
Work: Assignment basis, under own supervision



Travel: Regionally, 50 to 80 miles of your home
Location: Field Based – working in various high street retailers
Hours: 8 hr days
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour plus expenses (fuel/parking etc.)
Equipment: Uniform, Company van (for business use only), and PPE are all provided where applicable
Flexibility: Work when you are available on a variety of projects

To provide clinical support, advice and education that ensures each individual patient receives a standard of care acceptable to the patient and within the agreed Department protocols and is delivered by appropriate skilled persons within the resources available. Promote consistency and continuity of high-quality patient focused care. Assist and support Senior Nursing Team. Supervise junior staff, engaging them in training and supporting student nurses/ care support workers to develop their skills and knowledge. Responsible for the accurate assessment of individual care needs and implementation of treatments. Work together with the management/professional development team to create your own personalised development plan with unit and individual objectives and agreed time frames. Gain the ability to act up as a shift coordinator within 2yrs of being in post in order to support when needed. To lead and engage in quality improvement projects and clinical governance within the unit. Undergo Appraisal training to help support and develop junior members of the team. Work flexibly across the Critical Care Complex.

The following are the core responsibilities of the Practice Nurse. There may be, on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks. This will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels: a. To act as the Infection Prevention Control (IPC) lead and to work to the IPC Policy providing audits, training, support and evidence of compliance to the practice manager b. To produce the IPC annual statement in conjunction with the practice manager c. To develop, implement and embed an effective care management programme for the frail and housebound patients registered at the practice d. To assess the needs of patients ensuring the provision of healthcare is appropriate, incorporating evidence-based practice e. To develop, implement and embed health promotion and wellbeing programmes f. To implement and evaluate individual treatment plans for chronic disease patients that promote health and wellbeing g. To identify, manage and support patients at risk of developing long-term conditions, preventing adverse effects to patients health h. As required, to provide routine nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical based evidence, NICE and the NSF i. As required, to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions j. To prescribe medication for patients in accordance with PGDs and own scope of practice k. To review patient medications to enhance compliance l.
