職責：

要求：

• 生物醫學、電子或機電工程、電機和電子工程學士學位。
• 能夠在高壓環境下有效地確定優先順序並執行任務
• 良好的團隊合作精神和獨立工作者，具有良好的書面和溝通能力
• 優秀的人際溝通與分析能力
• 願意輪流在待機模式下工作。
• 具有處理生物醫學設備、醫療器材或相關醫療產品的技術支援/現場服務經驗的經驗是一個額外的優勢。
• 願意出差。

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair medical equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance according to define scope and standard operating procedures.
• Close service call with duly completed service reports.
• Foster strong customer relations and escalation at a technical level.
• Any adhoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Biomedical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering , Electrical and Electronic Engineering. 
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Good team player and independent worker with good written and  communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• Willing to work on standby mode by rotations.
• Prior experience in in technical support / field service experience handling biomedical equipment, medical devices or related medical products, is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel.
• Proactive attitude towards learning.
• Training will be provided.
